My name is Ianolina Furculița, main officer Project Management Directorate of Moldavian General Police Inspectorate of the Republic of Moldova. In the process of institutional reorganization of the General Police Inspectorate at the end of 2019, within the central body of administration and control of the Police was created the Project Management Department, which has the mission of unitary coordination of processes of identification, access, and implementation of external assistance projects, which derive from the objectives and strategic needs of the Police. As the Republic of Moldova is an associated country, our institution can’t be a lead applicant, so we can participate in many projects only as co-applicant. At this stage, we are in search of partners or lead applicants that will attract us to some projects that will contribute to the strengthening of police capabilities. In this regard, I send this letter of intent in order to take our institution into account in case there is a possibility of our involvement in future projects. In conclusion to this letter, we thank you for your time and consideration thereby, and we do hope to continue our collaboration.

As part of our activities, we are participating as partners in a project proposal titled “CLACSON: Climate Action by Communities to achieve Sustainability Of Neighborhoods” to be submitted under Topic ID: LC-GD-10-3-2020 of the H2020 EU Green Deal Call. The project proposal is about a six-part model, called “3-2-1-GO!”, which is designed to address the residential emissions challenge. The six parts are: the residents, the local business community, the municipality, civic engagement, a governance program and the product (a mobile app).
It is a comprehensive model that leverages behavioral change science and financial rewards to fulfill the mission of reducing carbon emissions from the residential sector. It was developed pre-pandemic, but it has shown to be resilient in the face of the pandemic-changed social environment and even relieves some of the stressors that we’re dealing with as we try to find our way to a post-pandemic world. In this context, and in order to ensure the best possible result for this project proposal, we consider your support necessary, in order to maximize the impact and promote the results of the project at a pan-European level. We will be honored if you decide to participate in this adventure and provide us with your written support, without of course having any formal commitment or obligation during the implementation of the project.
Please let us know about your interest at projects@ied.eu and we will share with you the needed document.
Thank you in advance. Yours sincerely, Elissavet Pavlitsa

We would like to apply for a Project titled as “TOWARDS DIGITAL EUROPE: MAPPING INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE EU STUDENT CARD FOR HIGHER EDUCATION INSTUTIONS” under KA203 Project Call. Our project consists of implementing European Student Card among partner organizations which will be a good implementation example.
Higher education curricula across Europe is changing rapidly and there is a high need for digitalization to remove paperwork and bureaucracy. Digitalization is on the way with the several EU regulations. Building inclusive higher education systems and promoting internationalization are selected sub-priorities for this project. Thus, we believe our project would contribute to these sub priorities as well since we aim to increase interaction among partner organizations.
Under the project we will be testing the use of designed EU student cards for Erasmus students among partner organizations. Partner organizations need to arrange new student cards defined in “European Student Card” Guidebook.
